If your MagMag Cup is leaking, it could be due to the white gasket being improperly placed. To ensure it's leak-proof, make sure the protruding part of the gasket faces you during assembly. Please check the following:
- • Is the gasket attached?
- • Are the air valves fully pressed in the "Closed" direction? Ensure the valves are securely set by pressing them from both sides.
- • Is the straw hood completely closed? The cup is designed so that tilting it causes the contents to flow out of the straw tip. If the hood is fully closed, there should be no leakage.
